Letter Carving in Stone

A practical day learning the skills, all students will take a peice of work home with them such as a stone house name plaque or number. With local stone mason Ed Closier.

Types of stone best suited for lettering

Basic tools use – hammers (dummy) and lettering chisels

Health & Safety – goggles
